Focus: Consistency

Intent: Develop consistency on all your basic techniques. Practice at a slow enough speed so you can reach your goal number for each stroke. This takes discipline and concentration.

Progression: Start by gaining proficiency with hitting consistent shots at a slow speed with big targets. Once you can consistently hit 25 balls in a row in each of the basic patterns, then it is time to dial things in. You can start to hit at a higher speed and use targets on the court to challenge yourself. An excellent challenge is to focus on hitting all your shots past the service line.
