Overview

I don’t know of a competitive tennis player who wouldn’t say that it is really important to be mentally tough or focused, but when asked to define what that means or how to practice the mental part of the game, most athletes return with a shrug or a vague answer.

Our first challenge is to improve qualities. We are asking the question: what are the qualities of a champion? Which do we possess and which do we need to cultivate.
