Focus 9 – Reaction Drills

  1. 1 ball – shuffle catch and toss.
  2. four directional toss and release
  3. Moving two Ball toss
  4. Hold  2  balls – drop one
  5. Go drill with Partner. Turn  back to partner. Thrower says “Go”,vt
  6. Lunge3 Lateral high-step  and react.
  7. 2 balls drop and run – change of 
  8. High and Low, Start on knee, next to thrower
  9. One legged lateral hop catch 
  10. Mirror Drill.Y
