Three lateral hurdles and sprint from baseline to net. Then jog backward and do the same thing in the reverse direction. Three sets.
Three lateral hurdles drop dropped to lunch and twist. Six times in each direction. Rest. And do that same sequence one more time.
Figure 8 cones with three side hurdles on each side. Do the figure rate and the three side hurdles back-and-forth and back into the figure rate in the other direction do the circuit two times with a rest in between
four hurdles in a box formation. You start in the center in double legged jump in each direction and back to the center.
Sprint Shuffle sprint from doubles line 2 doubles line. Three times back-and-forth rest and do that again for a total of three sequences.
